Last updated: August 22, 2026 Crystal Clean wants crystalcleanluxury.com to be usable by anyone, including people browsing with a screen reader, by keyboard only, at enlarged text sizes, or with reduced color vision. 1. OUR GOAL We work toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing commitment, not a box ticked once. 2. WHAT WE HAVE DONE The site is built with semantic markup, so screen readers announce headings, lists, links, and forms correctly. All navigation and all forms can be operated by keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible. Images carry alternative text. The layout is responsive and supports enlarging text to twice its size without loss of content. We have been particularly careful with color: our brand gold does not provide sufficient contrast on light backgrounds, so we do not use it for text on light backgrounds. It is reserved for fills, rules, and details, and actionable text is set in navy, which does meet the required contrast. The site offers a light theme and a dark theme, and respects the preference set in your system. 3. WHAT WE KNOW IS STILL MISSING We are reviewing the contrast of some elements in the private management area, which is not part of the public site. We also periodically review the alternative text on images as they are published. We would rather say this than leave it out: if you hit a barrier that is not listed here, we want to know about it. 4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT Some features of the site rely on external providers, over whose code we do not have full control. When we find a barrier in one of them, we report it to the provider and look for an accessible alternative. 5. Tell us which page it was and what happened, and which browser or assistive technology you were using. We respond within five business days, and if the fix takes longer we will get you the information you needed by another route in the meantime. 6.
