Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 28, 2026 These terms govern the engagement of Crystal Clean — Luxury Residential Cleaning services and the use of crystalcleanluxury.com. By requesting a quote, booking a visit, or receiving a service, you agree to what follows. 1. THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE Luxury residential cleaning: recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. The specific scope of each service is the one stated in the quote we send you, and that quote governs over any general description on the website. We serve residences only. We do not perform work requiring a specialized license: no plumbing, no electrical, no structural repair, no mold remediation, no handling of hazardous materials. 2. QUOTES Prices are quoted case by case. No price published on the website is a final price: the amount depends on square footage, the condition of the property, the agreed scope, and the frequency. A quote is valid for thirty days from issue. It is based on what you described to us; if on arrival the property is in a materially different condition than described, we will tell you before starting and propose an adjustment. We never charge more than the quoted amount without your prior approval. 3. BOOKING, CANCELLING, AND RESCHEDULING An appointment is confirmed when we confirm it to you by email or phone; a request sent through the website or the assistant is a request, not a firm reservation. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost with at least twenty-four hours' notice. Below that window, and where the team cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may apply a failed-visit charge, the amount of which will be communicated to you in advance. We may also reschedule for reasons beyond our control — severe weather, team illness, inability to access. In that case we notify you as soon as possible and offer the first available date, at no cost to you. 4. ACCESS AND PREPARATION We need access to the property at the agreed time, along with working water and electricity. If you give us keys, codes, or remotes, we hold them under restricted custody and return them when the relationship ends. We ask that before the visit you put away valuables, cash, jewelry, and documents, and that you tell us in writing about any delicate surface or piece requiring special treatment. If there are pets in the home, tell us when booking. Our team does not move heavy furniture, does not work at heights requiring scaffolding, and does not clean areas that pose a risk to their safety. 5. PHOTOGRAPHIC RECORD OF THE WORK We document every service with before-and-after photographs of the areas worked on. It is the record of what was done: it supports the guarantee in clause 6, it accompanies that visit's invoice, and it lets you check the result even if you were not home. If you were there, all the better: you will have them in your account just the same. By booking the service you authorize us to take those photographs inside your property and to associate them with the work order, the service address, and the date and time they were taken. Those three details are part of the record: a photograph that does not say which home, which day, and at what time proves nothing. We photograph the surfaces and areas covered by the service. We do not deliberately photograph documents, screens, identifiable personal belongings, or the people present in the home. If you ask us not to photograph a particular room or item, we will not: tell us before the visit or when the team arrives. Who can see them. You, from your account and from your invoice link. Our team, to perform the service and to handle a claim. Nobody else: they are not public, and an invoice link shows only the photographs from that visit. Commercial use. Publishing any image of your residence for promotional purposes requires your separate, express authorization, and is not included in these terms. The Privacy Policy sets this out. How long they are kept and how to have them removed. They are kept for as long as your service history is kept. You may ask us at any time to remove a specific photograph or all of them by writing to info@crystalcleanluxury.com. If removal would affect an open claim, we will tell you first. 6. OUR GUARANTEE If any part of the work does not meet what was agreed, tell us within twenty-four hours of the service and we will re-clean that area at no cost, on the first date we can arrange with you. That re-clean is our primary remedy. A refund is considered if you decline it, under the Refund Policy. 7. PAYMENT How you register your payment method. Before the service begins we ask you to register a card. The details are entered in the form of Stripe, our payment processor, and not in ours: Crystal Clean never sees or stores your full card number. Your authorization. By registering that card you authorize us to initiate the charge for the service ourselves, without you having to do anything further at that moment. Specifically: · When. At two moments, and only the second is a charge. When the team arrives at your home we reserve the quoted amount; at the end of the visit, once the work order is closed, we charge the final amount of the invoice. We charge nothing before the work is done. · How often. Once for each service performed. If you have a recurring service, once for each visit of that service. · How much. We reserve the amount of your quote, or the price of the service you booked. We charge the amount of that visit's invoice, with its itemized lines and any applicable taxes, which may be less. If the work needs to be extended during the visit, we tell you and agree it with you before doing it. · How you find out. We let you know when we finish, and the invoice with its photographic record stays in your account and reaches you by email with its link. The reservation when the team arrives. When the specialist arrives and records their arrival, we ask your bank to set aside the quoted amount. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE: the money is still yours and is only reserved for the duration of the service. Three things worth knowing: · You will see it on your statement as a pending item. Some banks do not clearly distinguish a reservation from a charge, so it may look as though we have already charged you. We have not. · If the work does not go ahead, we release the reservation and nothing is charged. Cancelling it costs neither you nor us anything. · At the end we charge the final amount. If it is less than what was reserved, we charge only that and the rest is released. If it were more because we agreed to extend the work, the difference is charged separately and with your prior agreement. What it is for. So that we know at the door, rather than after four hours of work, whether the charge will be able to go through. If your bank declines the reservation we tell you then and there and sort it out with you before starting. You can pay yourself. Your account has a button to pay the invoice yourself, and the invoice link carries it too. If you pay before we charge, we do not charge. When a reservation is already in place that button does not appear, and it is not needed: that reservation is what becomes the charge when the work order is closed. Withdrawing the authorization. You can remove your card from your account, or ask us in writing, at any time and without giving reasons. It ceases to apply to services not yet performed. It does not cancel the amount of a service already performed, which remains owed through ordinary means. Cancelling a recurring service is governed by clause 11. Our charging does not waive the guarantee. If any part of the work is not right, you have the period in clause 6 to tell us: we re-clean the area at no cost, and if you prefer not to accept that re-clean, the Refund Policy applies. Invoices on terms. If we agree in writing to issue an invoice on terms, that invoice is due fifteen days from issue. On overdue amounts we may apply late charges and suspend recurring services until the account is brought current. All amounts are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Invoices are delivered by email with a personal link, which works without a password: anyone who has it can see that invoice and the photographs from that visit. Treat it as you would the invoice itself. If you believe it has circulated, tell us and we will revoke it and issue you a new one. 8. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY We take care in your home. If we damage something through our fault, tell us within twenty-four hours of the service and we will repair or replace it. We are not responsible for: normal wear on surfaces and fabrics; damage arising from pre-existing defects, poorly secured fixtures, or deteriorated materials; undeclared valuables that were not put away; or damage that appears as a result of a cleaning performed as agreed on a material that could not tolerate that treatment, where we were not warned of it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential loss. 9. YOUR STAFF AND OURS During the term of service and for twelve months afterwards, we ask that you not directly hire members of our team who have worked in your residence, absent prior written agreement with us. Training and vetting that team is a central part of what we offer. 10. THE WEBSITE AND THE ASSISTANT The content of crystalcleanluxury.com, including the Crystal Clean name, the logo, and the tagline "The luxury of a flawless home," is our property and may not be reproduced without authorization. The website's automated assistant provides guidance and helps with booking. Its answers are informational and may contain errors: final availability, scope, and price are always confirmed by a person at Crystal Clean. Do not use the website or the assistant to send unlawful or offensive content, or third-party content without permission. 11. CANCELLING A RECURRING SERVICE Either party may end a recurring service on fifteen days' notice. Visits already performed are invoiced normally. 12. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Florida. Before going to court, we ask that you write to info@crystalcleanluxury.com: most problems are resolved with a conversation. 13. CHANGES We may update these terms. The version applicable to your service is the one published on this page on the date your appointment was confirmed. 14.
